FLORENCE, S.C. – State Senator Mike Reichenbach announced today – in a video entitled “Promises Kept” and shared on his campaign website and social media platforms – that he is seeking re-election this year. Reichenbach, a successful job--creating businessman and volunteer sworn law enforcement officer, was first elected in a special election in 2022.

Christ Church unanimously won its new classification appeal with the South Carolina High School League on Wednesday. The league’s executive committee voted 15-0 to grant Christ Church’s appeal to go from Class 4A to Class 3A in the next realignment for the 2024-26 school year. MULLINS, S.C. – The Mullins Auctioneers boys basketball team returned from winter break to host basketball action against Conway Thursday. Freshman guard Dakarai Worley hit a pair of clutch free throws with nine seconds remaining in the game to give Mullins a 59-56 win in overtime.
