NOTICE OF SALE BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. vs. Joseph Todd Kennedy; , C/A No. 2020CP2100228, The following property will be sold on February 1, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Florence County Courthouse to the highest bidder All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Coward, in the County of Florence, State of South Carolina, containing 1.80 acres, more or less, as shown on a map prepared by Ebert E. Floyd, Surveyor dated November 17, 1958 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Florence County in Plat Book I at Page 2. Reference is also made to a map made for Richard Carl Collins, by Lind, Hicks &Associates, Surveyors, dated December 21, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Florence County, in Plat Book 55 at Page 425. Reference being had to said plat for a more complete and accurate description. TERMS OF SALE: A 5% deposit in certified funds is required. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit, or comply with his bid within 20 days, then the property will be resold at his risk. No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately.
