Special Referee's Sale 2021-CP-16-00128 BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. against The Estate of Phyllis Coleen Ward and John Doe and Richard Roe, et al, I, the undersigned Special Referee for Darlington County, will sell on October 5, 2021 at 12:00 PM, Darlington County Courthouse, One Public Square, Darlington, SC, 29532, to the highest bidder: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being Southeast of the Town of Lamar, County of Darlington, State of South Carolina, shown to contain 2.13 acres, more or less, on a plat prepared for Bobby K. Moore, Sr. and Angelle J. Moore by Nesbitt Surveying Co., Inc., dated August 3, 2001, with said lot being bounded as follows: Northeast: by property, now or formerly, of Bobby and Mandy Moore for a distance of 205.89 feet; Southeast: by an ingress/egress easement for a distance of 452.67 feet; Southwest: by property, now or formerly, of Ricky W. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at the time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within twenty (20) days, then the Special Referee may re-sell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at risk of the said highest bidder).
