This mortgage was assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as legal title Trustee for BCAT 2016-18TT, by assignment dated February 21, 2017, and recorded March 14, 2017, in Book 1081 at Page 3061 and to J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. by assignment dated January 17, 2019, and recorded February 20, 2019, in Book 1088 at Page 3593. The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof were, at the time of the making thereof and at the time of the filing of this notice, described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being near to and South of the City of Hartsville, County of Darlington, State of South Carolina, designated as Lot No. 8 according to a plat prepared for Oneal N. Subsequently, Bertha Lee Lynn died on March 8, 2012, leaving the subject property to her heirs or devisees, namely, O'Neal Lynn, Kenneth O. Lynn, Norma L. Brown, Barry A. Lynn, Wayne W. Lynn, Melinda R. Lynn, and Tyrone Lynn, as is more fully preserved in the Probate Records for Darlington County in Case No. 2012-ES-16-00356, and also in the Deed of Distribution dated May 8, 2013, and recorded March 18, 2014, in Book 1071 at Page 8465. Oneal N. Lynn then died on November 23, 2019, leaving his interest in the subject property to his heirs or devisees, namely, Kenneth O. Lynn, Norma L. Brown, Barry A. Lynn, Wayne W. Lynn, Melinda R.
