THE ARCHITECURAL REVIEW BOARD of Kingstree, South Carolina will hold a Virtual (Call-In) Meeting and Public Hearings Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 6:15 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room of the Frank H. McGill Municipal Complex, located at 401 North Longstreet Street, Kingstree, South Carolina Case Number ARB 2020-11-001A Sulondia Hammond, aka, Sue-Ham Entertainment, LLC ['Applicant'] is requesting a Certificate Of Appropriateness (COA) for exterior design and new window signage in accordance with the Kingstree Zoning Ordinance Section 153.248 (COA is required). If approved, the COA will allow for window and wall sign and designs at the front entrance of the business located at 107 West Main Street, represented by Williamsburg County Tax Map # 11-025-086 and is located within the Core Commercial Zoning District. If the requests, as stated above, are thought by you to be objectionable, you will have an opportunity to fully express your objection. All covid-19 requirements set by the CDC and SCDHEC will be adhered to for those attending.
