FLORENCE, S.C. -- The practice of Philips & Coker OB/GYN hosted a Thursday evening Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event.
Located at The Women’s Center of Carolinas Hospital System, the flagship OB/GYN practice is associated with Carolinas Medical Alliance.
Practicing physicians are Dr. Thomas Phillips, Dr. Emily Stonerock, Dr. Steven Coker, Dr. Linda Evonne Brogdon and Dr. Heather Draeger, who are all members of the medical staff at Carolinas Hospital System.
Preventative, diagnostic and clinical services are provided to support the health and wellness of women of all ages.
The Women’s Center of Carolinas Hospital System was the first in the region to offer single-room maternity care. There are 20 beds that provide private, comfortable birthing environments. Providers also perform radiology services and other diagnostics as well as gynecological surgeries, said Kim Geiger, director of marketing and public relations for Carolinas Hospital System.

Prenatal classes, childbirth preparation and breastfeeding classes are offered at The Women’s Center, which is located at 1590 Freedom Boulevard, Suite B, within the Carolinas Hospital System campus.
