Ruby Lee Miles CameronSCRANTON -- Mrs. Ruby Lee Cameron, 85, wife of the late Willard A. Cameron, died Friday, February 6, 2015 at McLeod Hospice House after an illness.Mrs. Cameron was born November 24, 1929 in Florence County, a daughter of the late Lola Mae Cameron Miles Baxley and Thurman C. Miles. She was a retired nurse and formerly employed with Lake City/Scranton Healthcare Center and the Florence County DSN Board. Mrs. Cameron was a member of Stone Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church.Surviving include her daughter, Dianne C. (Homer) Bazen of Scranton; her sisters and brothers, Nancy M. Hooker and William Miles of Fort Lawn, Temus Miles of Scranton, Eileen M. (Carol) Filyaw of Coward, Miriam M. (Buster) Wise of Scranton, Linda M. Stone of Pamplico, Janice M. (Larry) Courtney of Fort Mill and Margaret M. (Gene) McAllister of Scranton; grandchildren, Kim (Gary) Rhodes and Kelly (Greg) Eaddy of Scranton, Karla (Sammy) Townsend of Coward, Hope (Devin) Thigpen of Panama City, Florida and Kristal Shumake of Timmonsville; 9 great-grandchildren, Kerrigan Rhodes, Nathan Rhodes, Hunter Eaddy, Chase Eaddy, Grayson Eaddy, Allison Thigpen, Shayne Thigpen, Brooke Townsend and Wesley Townsend; and son-in-law, Allen Lee.Mrs. Cameron was predeceased by a daughter, Barbara C. Lee and grandson, Allen Jay Lee; and sister, Molly M. Matthews.Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 9, 2015, at Stone Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial following at Lake City Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 5:00 7:00 P.M., Sunday, February 8, 2015, at Carolina Funeral Home, 215 E.
