HARTSVILLE, S.C. − The city of Hartsville's City Hall (located at 100 East Carolina Avenue) and The Key (located at 106 East Carolina Avenue) were closed to the public beginning Tuesday until further notice as the facility is thoroughly sanitized due to a COVID-19 positive employee.

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – While the city of Hartsville and Main Street Hartsville canceled Treats on the Streets, the city has announced it will not restrict trick or treating this year during COVID-19 but does encourage those that choose to participate to do so safely.

HARTSVILLE, S.C. —South Carolina's city with a heart became the latest municipality in the Palmetto State to enact a face mask ordinance Tuesday evening. The Hartsville City Council passed an emergency ordinance at its monthly meeting requiring  the use of face coverings in public areas of the city beginning Wednesday at noon.
