Phillips, Campbell prevail in Mullins City Council run-off elections

MULLINS, S.C. – All seats are filled for the Mullins City Council following run-off elections held last week.

Mayor Christian Phillips defeated Michael Cullipher 74 votes to 60 votes for Mullins City Council District One seat vacated by newly elected Mayor Robert Woodbury.

Andre Campbell received 38 votes to 33 for Albert ‘Bo” Woodberry to fill the unexpired term in Mullins City Council District 2.
